Our Story

Born from Fire,

Ember & Oak began as a simple idea: what happens when you strip cooking back to its most elemental form? Fire, smoke, the primal connection between flame and ingredient.

Nestled in a converted 19th-century warehouse, our dining room centers around an open-hearth kitchen where every dish is touched by live fire. We source exclusively from farms within 50 miles, letting each season dictate our ever-evolving tasting menu.
